The highly recognized chef Mr. Christos Athanassiades “draws up” old Cycladic recipes and performs them with modern techniques together with raw materials coming from the Greek islands. In this way, he succeeds in presenting a modern interpretation of the Greek creative cuisine that is expressed through the Mykonian traditional plates in various imaginative versions!
